How To Submit Your Blog To Technorati Directory In 5 Steps

Blogging is an art which comes out naturally . One of the main reason, that people start blogging is because of Google adsense . Usually, new blogs take some time to attain a good traffic but to earn money from Google adsense, new bloggers start using fraudulent ways to earn money . This results in getting ban from Google adsense and so does in ending up their blogging .

However, one should keep in mind, that, to earn from blog, one should have decent traffic . Apart from Search Engines, there are some leading blog directories which can bring a lot of traffic to your site / blog. Technorati is one of the leading Search Engines to search blogs and listing your blog to Technorati can prove beneficial for you.

Following are the steps to carry on to get your blog listed in the directories of  Technorati :

Step 1 : Register / Login At Technorati .

To get listed into the directory of technorati, you must first have to get your account , so sign up there . Once you are done with the registration, go to Your Account page.

Step 2 : Claim Your Blog .

In your account page, go to the My claimed blogs section and enter the URL of your blog and click on “Claim” button.

Step 3 : Fill the empty columns .

After filling all these details, Click on the button “Proceed to next step“. After it, you will receive the following message from technorati and as a token of confirmation , you will also receive an email which you used to sign up at Technorati .

 

Step 4 : Time To Claim your Blog .

After receiving the email, you will get a verification code which you need to put in one of your future blog posts . After you put that code in one of your blog posts, Click on “Verify Claim Token”

 

Step 5 : Wait And Watch .

Once you Click that button, you will be taken to next screen, similar to the following image stating that “We are evaluating your claim. It may take quite some time for evaluation.”

It will take a couple of minutes or even days after which your blog will be successfully claimed and added to the Technorati directory.
